Hi, I’m Malorie!

I’m a proud mom of two incredible kiddos, and I’m married to the love of my life—a man I first met back in high school. Life took us in different directions, but we reconnected four years ago, and it’s been the best adventure ever since. He’s my partner, my biggest cheerleader, and the calm to my chaos.

My journey into photography began in high school, when I took a photo and videography class and developed my very first roll of film in 2004. I still remember how it felt watching those images come to life in the darkroom—it sparked something deep in me. That same class introduced me to Photoshop, and I quickly fell in love with the creativity and storytelling that photography offers.

When life got busy with babies and motherhood, I stepped away from photography professionally for a few years—but my camera never collected dust. I kept capturing memories for friends and family, always chasing that feeling of freezing time in the most beautiful way.

Now I’m back doing what I truly love—photographing families, seniors, couples, and creatives across Holland, Zeeland, Hudsonville, and throughout West Michigan. I specialize in natural, heartfelt family portraits, senior sessions, personal branding photography, and more. My goal is to make each session feel relaxed, joyful, and deeply personal—because your story deserves to be told beautifully.

One part of my heart is especially tied to foster care. My foster grandparents loved my mom like their own, and their love left a lasting impact. In honor of that legacy, I offer free senior portrait sessions to teens in foster care. If you or someone you know could benefit from this, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
